BAD POLICE, FEEL THE POWER THAT WE GOT
By Tetsuya Saruwatari hes more well known for Riki-Oh and Dog Soldier, but this is a great starting point for his manga's
pretty short manga about this cop (reminds me a bit of Raiden) cataloging his cases
5 Acts on total
All of them revolve around Data being an extremely loose cop, killing people when he gets the chance and generally not sticking to the book, why he does it, what are the consequences and what do the other characters think about it. Tone is pretty violent and gritty but also it plays it campy when it can.
first 2 acts tie into one other and show how much worst will it have been if Data didn't step in or go overboard with killing the criminal, but also how unexpected.
4 is about how reporters are trying to get him fired, because like most of the cast, everyone assumes he's an asshole killer.
5 is about how family can manipulate you,
it felt really shitty. What Data did to the good brother after knowing he was being used and abused, was shitty. all the side characters keep repeating that Data is unjust and too violent, so you'd think the ending is gonna be satisfying in that it completes his ark, like Hyena finally proves that he can solve this situation with no fatalities, could have very easily disarmed him too, but no, it sorta end on a downer.

overall panel layouts flow very well and are very detailed, he avoids filling pages with too many panels even in more dialog intensive pages
both could be cool series
